Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a legend identifying distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
